Customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team)
Items can be returned within 7 days from receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and the tag still on.
Items on sale or under promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
For refunds, please allow 5 to 10 working days to process and receive your refund dependent on your respective bank. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
