Refunds & Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team)

We recommend using a traceable service when shipping your return order to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels

Items can be returned within 7 days from receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and the tag still on.

Items on sale or under promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds
Please allow 5 to 10 working days to process and receive your refund dependent on your respective bank.

COD (cash on delivery) returns will be returned as online store credit.


Shipping 
Kindly note, that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable.
